Singer Mzbel detail why Nana Akufo Addo should step aside as Ghana president


Multiple award-winning singer, songwriter and proud mother of one, Mzbel christened Belinda Nana Akua Amoah has mentioned some reasons why she thinks because of that the President of the Republic of Ghana HE Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo should step down as the Commander In-chief of the Ghana Armed Forces.

In an interview on Angel TV's Celebrity Ride With Zionfelix show hosted by celebrity blogger Felix Nana Yaw Adomako Mensah known in the blogosphere as Zion Felix of zionfelix.net and monitored by this news portal.

The NDC sympathizer gave two solid points to show the first gentleman of the land has failed the citizenry upon the milk and honey promises.

"There's hardship everywhere. I have a show of which we do vox pop and anytime we go out to record people they complain of hardship and even some NPP members showing us their party cards"

The Queen of Controversies continued saying the president is not in charge citing how he was recently misled.

" Waa look at the scandals happening. The recent one is the president being misled and sacking the minister afterwards"

"You're the leader the people voted you into power to lead. So how does the being misled?" She quizzed

When Zion Felix host of the show mentioned to her about how excited she was and took to social media to pour his heart out to the president sometime ago after her child got enrolled in a Senior High School [SHS] for free being its a flagship program the ruling government she's criticizing implemented among other things . The 'Tongues' hitmaker said

"It's been almost two years and anytime you ask the NPP's of their achievements they say free SHS. One district, one that none has been done"

However, she further stated that she's not bashing the Akufo Addo led administration cause she's an NDC rather it has always been her thing to praise when the good thing is done and vice versa.

"I personally commend and bash regardless of the political party in power. I do so cause I'm a Ghanaian and not criticizing the current government because I don't belong to them"

Mzbel was literally roasted and bullied by supporters and sympathizers of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) when she suggested in a Facebook post that the president should step aside since according to her is 'sleeping at work'.

"But bro Willie if you will accept, kindly step down so those ... “ Uncle Willie (Nana Akufo-Addo) I'm on the Kumasi road but the road is not smooth".
