Exclusive : Kuami Eugene Caught In Song Theft?

Malian artiste, Sidiki Diabaté is accusing fast rising Ghanaian act, Kuami Eugene signed under Lynx Entertainment for music theft.

Sidiki Diabaté is alleging that Kuami Eugene's latest tune tagged 'Confusion' is a replica of his track he released two years ago dubbed 'Fais moi confiance'.

Your authoritative news website, Gh  News Filla having listened to both songs can conclude that 'Confusion' is a replica of 'Fais moi confiance'. the song released by the Malian artiste taking into consideration the instrumentals and concepts are almost the same with the only different being the language used.

Okay in other not for you to say we're been bias towards the 'Angela' singer watch the two videos below and tell us what you think --- before I forget sampling in music is not wrong and can be done anytime but first permission must be seek from the original composer for copyright issues.

Again, we are yet to know whether the Lynx Entertainment crew asked for permission from  Sikidi Diabaté, before going a head to record since in law it's his intellectual property and therefore makes it unethical for anyone to use it without his permission. Attempts to reach management of Kuami Eugene wasn't successful.

We strongly believe in Kuami Eugene's hassle and won't ruin his career with any publication.
