3 years today Castro went missing

Inasmuch as I doubted the news when I was informed Theophiles Tagoe aka Castro is no more I thought they will tell me its a prank they pull but that didn't come true.
On 6 July 2014 that is exactly three years today, Castro and Janet Bandu a friend to Castro were reported to have drowned following a jet ski accident in Ada at Aqua Safari resort while on holiday with the Gyan brothers. The jet ski involved in the accident was recovered on the same day of their disappearance but their bodies had not been recovered yet despite a search by the police and other disciplines who were required to help in the search of missing Castro the destroyer and Janet Bandu.
The Ghana Police has said a word of caution we can declare them dead after 7years in waiting, so we have 4  more years to wait right?
Well, to me i don't:t believe they will ever return. So I say rest in peace Castro and Miss Janet Bandu.
