Sarkodie's lawyers have respond to the 'demands of Krobo youth group'

Legal council for multiple award winning Ghanaian act, Sarkodie have finally spoken on the intention of Krobo youth group, Kloma Hengme to take legal action against their client.
In a letter they served to Michael Owusu Addo (Sarkodie), David Kojo Kyei (Kaywa) and Kurl Songx over some lyrics of these three persons believed to  denigrating and assassinating the image of Krobo women and the whole Krobo people at large spelt out six (6) conditions they must satisfy or be sued at the court of law.
The demands as we reported earlier include issuance of ”Immediate Order” to the relevant media houses to halt playing the song on their air waves, Expunge the portion of the lyrics or completely ban the use of the song from the air waves, Write an unreserved apology to the Chiefs and People of the Krobo area, and also pay a compensation Ghs2m (Ghc 2,000,000) to the Krobo

“The attention of Management of Ghanaian hip hop artiste Michael Owusu Addo “Sarkodie”, has been drawn to a letter from legal representatives of Kloma Hengme Association which gives Notice of intention to sue in relation to a recently released song ‘ Jennifer Lomotey ’, by Kurl Songs which featured Sarkodie and produced by David Kojo Kyei (aka Kaywa).
A copy of the said letter has been referred to Lawyers for Sarkodie, for due legal process to be followed. In the meantime, Management will refrain from commenting on the matter.”
